Boasting the latest advances in deep ripping, the new model features a heavier frame, working widths of 4.5m or 6m and the most innovative no.9 shank design.

Solid Construction

The heavy duty frame is built from 200x200x9mm RHS toolbars and 200x100x9mm RHS spreader bars and incorporates the traditional Australian hallmarks of quality, reliability, simplicity and robustness. Combined with the no.9 Shank, the AP71 series plow is designed to handle heavy trash clearance and the stresses of tough ploughing.

Innovative Shank Design

The AP71 now features the smart no.9 shank. Designed to uplift and shatter hard pans at working depths of 450mm or 600mm, the shank works without inverting the soil, which can lead to moisture loss and reduction in microbiology. 

The newest shank is stronger and smarter with innovative features that make it excellent for deep ripping in tough conditions. Not seen on any other brand, the shank has a scissor action design - to prevent stubborn to move objects from latching and breaking the shank, full frame height shank extension and exclusive clip on razor back blades. Plus a massive 10560lb maximum breakout at blade for rigid shear shanks and 4070lb breakout for hydraulic recoil shanks.

Common Sense Features

We've made depth setting simple. The easy to adjust levelling bar at the front of the plough sets the level of the plough without the need for any unbolting and strenuous readjusting. 

Plus the AP71 features great manoeuvrability with 400/60-22.5 flotation tyres and the optional versatility of either 3 point linkage or trailing linkage. Both allow for easy raise and lowering of the plow.
